They need to learn to do they job better. First you leave us in the middle of our order, then another person comes to the window that was just as clueless as the first person.

Had to order my drink three times. Waited 10 minutes. Was given wrong drink and wrong size. Was told I could pay for them to fix the mistake. Walked out the door for the very last time.

Managers have no idea what they're doing. Let the employees run the drive thru. They do a better job.
