Pork ramen is sooo good - add a little spice and some ground sesame and you’re golden. Bao/steamed buns are a little soggy, but damn they tasted good. I went kimchi and brisket.

Tan Tan ramen w kimchi bits, peanuts and spicy oil is really gd. Noodles r al dente. Cosy place. Pork belly ramen is delish 2.
