Location is no good. We were located in rooms outside of the main house which had tiny rooms and were poorly designed (bathroom water went everywhere). Breakfast was also disappointing.

Solid b&b--clean, very friendly, very good breakfast. An easy 10-15 min bus ride into the center of Oxford and a couple minutes walk to the Summertown neighborhood.
