This is one of our favorite places to stay in Kyoto, friendly reliable staff, great location and super comfy. Highly recommended but if it becomes to popular I might have to change my review.

It's 14min away from the station and was easy to find. The only downside is that the owner expects guests to be out of the guest house from 10am-4pm. Considering that it's 3500 per person, meh.

Great guesthouse.Takeshi is very welcoming and all smiling. Lovely rooms and close to the station (10 min) walk.
