Stayed for 3 nights, excellent staffs and room. Walking distance to the Fisherman's wharf, Ghirardelli square, the cable car, F car. It's even next to the infamous In-N-Out burger. Great location.

The staff were very nice while we were checking in. I noticed a spot on our comforter and mentioned this to a housekeeping lady in the hall and she immediately changed it with a smile.

Staff was rude and I hate their uniforms. But the beds were comfy and it's a great location on the wharf so I can't really complain.
