Ongoing renovation. Drilling can be heard even on top floors during day time. Poor room cleaning service. Furnitures are dusty. Good location to MECC. Reception staff are efficient.

Newly renovated rooms look great . Good size room and bathroom with large shower. Location fantastic across the road from Crown casino and Convention and exhibition building.

Convenient on the river. Crown Plaza needs to upgrade decor, rooms, bathrooms, towels & amenities. Food also not up to Melbourne standards. Faded glory like. But very, very helpful and friendly staff!

Nice views of the Yarra river. Bring your own internet here as the wifi rates are extortionate (Welcome to Australia!)
