Pool was packed. They sell day passes to non-stayers and it made the pool very crowded. Water pressure in shower was no good.

Excellent hotel in downtown Austin. We opted to upgrade to the Gold floors, and the service was incredible.

The view in the upstairs bar is remarkable, but the bartenders are more awesome downstairs!!!

Service was so personal felt like a small boutique hotel which I love that. The location is perfect walking distance from rainy street.

We were here the first week it opened, lots of issues, strange choices in room interior. But overall beautiful inside and out, and I’m sure they’ll catch up.

Don't leave without spending time at the large pool complex on the 7th floor.
