Stayed at la fonda on the square. Very nice but I stayed at Garretts for 2 nights for less than 1 night at la fonda. Still with in 5 min.walking to square with a wine bar next door. Need I say more?

I am sure "in season" this place is fine. Very motor lodge authentic front staff very nice.

Perfect location, cheaper than other hotels downtown, first floor room has lots of noise from people walking upstairs
