Staff friendly, good location. Only issue: why have a thermostat in room that you can turn all the way up and it still stays 67 with zero change. Unpacked room totally before I noticed. BRRRR!

Nice amenities and rooms for an airport hotel. Quick access to and from EWR. Indoor pool and restaurant on site.

Great views of EWR, recently renovated, tons of power outlets in the rooms, nice bar. Pretty much all you could ask for in an airport hotel. Free shuttle will pick you up, take the airtrain to P4.

What was once a dump has become a somewhat decent hotel. Noisy at all hours of the night and ungodly dusty. A comfy bed and good breakfast though

Newly renovated rooms are cozy, lobby bar is impressive for an airport hotel bar.

The lounge doesn't open during weekends. The laundry is also not operating in weekend only the self service. Bad news for aircrew! The front desk people are not very friendly. Restaurants are good.

Corporate made an error with my reservation manager would not commodore me. I said I will call in leave a complaint to corporate Monday. Not cool.
