Reserved a room and when we got here all they had was smoking. Tired from a long drive..we are Hilton Honors and we were sent to a non Hilton hotel that charged us more. Not happy!

Clean, new, great svc! I love this chain in general, but this is the best hotel to stay at in Twin - especially if you're gold with Hilton (great free cooked-to-order breakfast).
