Quiet place for a business lunch. Fast service but not as professional as I would have expected. Good food, nothing exceptional.

The people at the front desk are nice. The engineering staff is helpful however I would never pay what I paid to stay here! Nice big room for a diamond member but old and not very clean.

Getting a night cap at the bar? Ask the waitress to get you a couple of bottles of water to take to your room. No charge usually.

You better show your server your unlocked special before you order , unless you want to get a tongue lashing about having to void the tab and start over !

pleasantly surprised, nice room, comfy bed/sheets, love the toiletries and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

You can hear everything in the hallways...wasn't the best nights sleep I've ever had. Gift shop had very weird hours. Love the workout facility. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was okay.

Stayed on the Honors level (3rd floor). Rooms are a little smaller than I'm used to. You can hear everything in the hallway. Overall, it was a pretty nice hotel. I'd stay here again.

If in Phoenix--looking for a great place to have your meeting, or book rooms for business--this is where I used to work happily as a Sales Manager-amazing atmosphere, corporate section, near airport!
