Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού άψογη! Μεγάλα καθαρά & μοντέρνα δωμάτια. Οι φωτογραφίες μιλάνε από μόνες τους. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης & κοντά σ;όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Αξίζει!

Great service by all staff, Natalia in particular made us all feel at home. The hotel is new and in a great central location the room very modern and a very comfortable bed. Comes highly recommended

Отличный новый отель в самом центре Ираклиона. Сделали апгрэйд номера бесплатно - мы получили номер с огромным балконом.

Totally new with nice modern decoration in all spaces. Breakfast with big variety, and very good restaurant. The staff very friendly and helpful. They just need some more experience.
