Perfect location, big rooms with great view over mt Fuji. The building has many breakfast choices. It’s a big hotel so very busy all times but it’s in the best area. Use their airport shuttle bus.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in Japan so far. Lacked the hospitality and courtneousness typically seen in other hotels. An average buffet and very expensive
