Great charming and elegant hotel. Every details is looked after and even the classic rooms are spacious and with great perks. The Spa is amazing and complimentary.

Really great location right in the middle of Bath next to the Roman baths. Really friendly staff and superb spa facilities

Rooms are so small and it just feels quite average when the price is taken into account. Have stayed in nicer hotels in central London for half the price.

I have to say that, the night staff has to be trained. It supposed to had a 24 hs bar but wasn't the case. What we found was a nervous guy trying hard to do a bartender job. The other guests just left

Overpriced. Please don't charge people while you are learning how to run a business. Not nice! The place is beautiful but for the price must be flawless...
