Decent hotel. Nice size rooms and friendly staff. Overall I thought it was lacking a bit of atmosphere though. For a Westin it's on the lower end of the quality spectrum.

Disappointed. I liked this place last year. Wifi was poor. Hot water from both taps in bathroom. No elec socket next to bed. Not enough sockets. Very average at best.

A decent place to stay when you're on your own... Ask a conference goer while you're here.

Very comfortable bed (like all Westins I've stayed in). Small but well equipped fitness room.

The fact that hotels still think it's an acceptable practice to charge paying guests for WIFI is a joke.

Sorrentino's, Hardware Grill, 100 Club, Underground Tap, The Creperie, Japanese Village all within walking distance, and great meals and/or drinks.

Beds are comfy but beware that the air/heat work! Otherwise a nice hotel overall.

AC being out didn't help, but tired of places that don't have standard free wifi. At least others have free lobby wifi... not the Westin! Not even in the conference room
