Friends stayed in first floor right side room. Same problem: sounds from street all night, only cold water, but good wifi

First floor, first room on left side is bad! Half night without sleep, because street sound go inside as without window. Warm water only on checkin, after - cold. Wifi inside room is good. 1000 Rs
