Then the air conditioner didn't work . But the nice gentleman moved us to a suite w/ working air & towels :)

First time stay & thank goodness it's gonna be the last . No pillowcases on the pillows . No towels @ all . Washcloth or nothing . Had to go get it all from front desk .
