Staff not too friendly they couldn't tell me where the bathrooms were nor the elevator just told me to walk away from them smh guess its their problem when my kid has an accident

If you go for the free kids haircut, you will have to set an appointment prior to arriving. Walk-ins won't be accepted. Furthermore, there is a limit on what haircut styles they provide.
