Great for a bargain late at night. Staff are pleasant. It's the customers who have no sense of spacial awareness. They seem to be in a strange 'la-la I don't care' land or on mobiles not looking up.

The staff in the cafe aren't to blame for the queues, it's the system in all M&S cafes which is so inefficient.
