The new terminal building, which opened in October of 2018, is very nice. Still the same basic layout as before though where you have to go up on the roof top to get on/off the train.

One of the only stations (other than Albany) that allows you to take the Adirondack, Vermonter, Lake Shore Limited, Maple Leaf, and all Empire Service trains.
