Worse than LaGuardia. Worst than Newark. Worse than anything Spirit. The worst security at this terminal compared to anywhere I've ever been.

Rooftop and children play area near gate 27&28 + a massage chair and *bed*. Shake shack and melt shop will open soon

The only filtered water station is between Gates 27 and 28.

A bit of a walk from airtrain, so plan accordingly. TSA is probably most efficient in whole JFK

Gets absolutely crazy during rush hour and hard to get a seat at any restaurant- most won’t even seat you unless you have at least an hour before your flight.

AirSpace Lounge has closed permanently as of 10/31/17. No more lounges in T5 at JFK. ☹️
