The museum is closed for the winter, so be sure to call in advance. The only exception is Dickens' birthday celebrations on February 7th!

After you've enjoyed the museum, walk to the Dickens statue in Guildhall Square. Pictured: Dickens' great great great grandson Oliver, on the day of the statue's unveiling in February 2014.

Very good experience seeing the home of one of the best writers of all time. Tall people will need to mind their head's in some areas.
