Smart's service went WAY down hill after I signed on the dotted line to purchase the car. The car has been sitting in their shop more than it's been in my possession. I'll never buy from Smart again!

Even with an appointment I've always had to wait longer here than other dealerships. The variety of treats, free manicures & massages and free car washes helps though!
