1. Lounge has no coffee pod, not customer friendly 2. Brought the car in 3 times in 2018 for the same problem. 3. Took it to another dealer. Done. 4. Replaced windshield. Then found water leak stain

There’s a checkin desk where you log in for service on an iPad. While this might be efficient, it’s a rather cold way to receive service -Sometimes you need a little warm fuzziness.
