Bank here, even if you have credit, tax or issues with other banks. Citibank accepts everyone, and provides excellent service, both at the branches and on the phone. Never a wait-time either way.

Excellent customer service, from tellers to associates and advisors; always friendly and knowledgeable, fast and efficient, but never dismissive or in-a-rush. ATMs are ensconced in secured areas.

Parking in the front is impossible, save time park in the back! Usually plenty of parking there
