Poorly planned drive-through blocks the prime parking spaces out front. If they could redirect drive-through folks to come at it west to east it would make things a lit better!

Starbucks card is great if you want to stay for a while and work. Free refills on brewed coffee and tea. I'm on cup two as I work through emails.
