When you are getting iced tea lattes it might take about 10 more minutes then usual because they have to infuse the tea bag in hot water and put ice over it.

They do not enforce smoking bylaws on their patio, even though all of their patio furniture is clearly marked with a "no smoking" sign. The service is slow and the clientel are extremely inconsiderate

They have a new manager so the place is way more clean and running a lot smoother. Always busy though.
