I always order my sandwich extra hot. It never is! Thanks BK you made my day. It’s the little things. We were heading out of town to my cousins funeral. So this really made me smile 😊. So thank you.

I waited 15 minutes in drive-thru. Finally went inside. Only one person working. Not "FAST FOOD" at all. Need new management asap.

Entire staff speaks Spanish. Which comes in handy as an excuse when every order is made incorrectly.
