Check your bag before leaving the drive-thru window. They tend to forget items on combo deals.

If they tell you it will be 5 minutes, so wait in the parking lot, forget it. You will NEVER see your food. Just go in and get it. Brain dead employees.

Didn't know. They stopped making/selling the parfaits. KFC figured not cost effective,so they have those cakes and still have the apple turnovers
