Over the last year McDonald's has gotten rid of the Quarter Pounder Deluxe and brought it back or maybe just some locations offer it and others don't. This one has it. Get it while it lasts.

Quarter Pounder Deluxe, comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayonnaise.
