One person at the cash taking orders and 15 people in line. After a long wait, the food was cold. Not one of the better locations in Ottawa.

This specific location has the worst service of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Has been consistently horrible in the 20+ years that I've sadly dropped in from time to time.
