The staff was incredibly rude during this whole fiasco too. Truly the worst customer service I've ever received in any drive-thru situation. How long does it take to make a cold salad?!

TERRIBLE customer service!! I waited 15 min in drive-thru for a salad, still wasn't ready so I asked for a refund, then they couldn't find my debit card, then refused to still give me a salad! Awful!

...20 minutes for my boyfriend to get a plain Ham & cheese sandwich, at 730pm on a SUNDAY. workers were more concerned with socializing than working. WORST STAFF EVER

The tables and trash areas are consistently filthy, staff is apathetic and couldn't care less if you ever come back. So we won't.
