Decided to give it another go here - beer shandy and sticky toffee pud. They can't even get this right - shandy tastes like lemonade and 30min wait to be offered the wrong food !!!!!

Great outdoor seating divided into smoking and non smoking but staff serve food in non smoking area to tables with people smoking without saying anything !!!!!!

Fancy sounding food with high price but actually is rather bland and in interesting .... Service appalling - waited over half an hour for two starters 😠 only one bar server 😡 lovely outdoor seating

Choose this place if you like to queue for an hour and get your food two hours later. Fire the manager and hire a new one, will you? And more staff.

Lots of outdoor seating by the Lea. Need more than one person behind the bar on a sunny day though!

Atrocious experience. Food took *over* 90 minutes to arrive - with no apology. Not worth the wait. Roast was dry and didn't come with much veg, fish and chips came with tiny number of chips. Avoid.

Nice pub, reasonable food let down by slow service. Been twice and service was an issue last time
