The language from the male bar staff was foul, the F word was repeatedly used while talking to other staff and some customers.

My burger was burnt to a cinder but, when I returned it to the bar, they refused to do anything as it was supposedly "chargrilled" and meant to be like that. It was inedible. Not impressed.
