After Watercourse in Denver this is my favorite restaurant in Colorado. Everything is excellent and many many Vegetarian options.

I actually do really like this pace, but as some have commented it is probably a good idea to chose the timing wisely as the wait can be silly.

The cashew chicken salad was excellent. Wait staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Smoothies tasted great, but too small for the price.
