I waited for my waiter here for 30 minutes until I went too the bar and the bartender ended up taking care of my table. I complained to the manager about "Kayla" and the manager tried her best to help

Never a bad experience here. Probably the best applebee's I've been to as far as service outside of Roanoke.

Awesome waiters and waitresses. This is the best restaurant in Rocky Mount. The food is always served hot and fresh even thought the actual wait for the food can sometimes take a little bit of time.
