Food is ok, not more than that. Drinks selection is good and during the summer it’s great to be outside. Super handy if you live close by, but food is way better at the Old Basing Pubs

Enjoyed my time here. Weather permitting, the patio outside is relaxing and has a comfortable atmosphere. Food is passable.

Maybe my view is skewed as a vegetarian, but the food at this place is never anything to rave about. Expensive for what you get, and not particularly well cooked. Cider was nice though.

Chips were nice. I imagine that it would be very popular in the warmer sunnier months. I felt the service was pretty poor.

Calm country atmosphere inside, quiet stream and railroad outside. Excellent for families. Chips are a must have.

Fish and chips is nice. Get a serving of bread and butter with it, hench slices of bread make a great chip butty!
