Beer. That's what you come here for. It may be the best micro selection in town with all of the Moab brews on draught, and they serve liquor. You do have to get some slightly mediocre food to drink.

The burgers, fries, & root beer is the best, might be a bit better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The ribs aren't that great though.
