The food was a pretty classic U.S. translation of Chinese food. It was good, but some things were anachronistic. The fire plate featured all previously fried food.. Am I supposed to sear fried food?

Great Chinese food, period. You will see in their repeat customers and how the great staff treats ou like family. Get the combo fried rice (veggie), Mongolian Beef, and DJ Calamari!

The fried rice - so simple and not soy sauced out! The Mongolian Beef just melts in your mouth! The DJ Calamari convinces you that you don't need cocktail sauce! And the staff treats you like family!
