This is representative to Extra Space overall. Yet to receive this check. I was told it would take up to 6 weeks to receive; it's been 3 months despite calls and visiting facility.

Very unprofessional establishment, employees are not trained properly, multiple billing issues, no parking, locks were cut off and changed without notice, and insurance is repeatedly increased. 👎🏻
