Very good food and great staff. Not spicy at all, so if you want it spicier, let them know.

I was food poisoned for a good bit of my time in Hsipaw and Mrs. Popcorn's was a breath of fresh air and clean food (and good coffee!) Eclectic menu but everything was made with love.
