Horrible customer service!! This location denied my $10 AMEX coupon, claiming they knew nothing about it. The coupon clearly had their location written on it.

The lettuce all Paneras use is awful-all romaine hearts, rarely a leaf. Great bakery, drinks, green tea, tomato basil soup! A++ atmosphere.
