Man vs Pho Challenge– 2lbs of beef and 2lbs of noodles – You must drink a majority of the broth (not all is required) – There is a 30 minute time limit – You may take a 5 minute break

Pho and chicken wings were both solid. I wanted to try the bun bo hue but it was sold out...must be good! Next to try when I come back.

Pros: Reasonably priced. Hefty size and great complex use of flavors. Would come back. Cons: Be careful of the dishes made with blood as an ingredient.

Spring rolls were too chewy. Bun bo hue was decent as were portions. Vietnamese iced coffee was good too. So so service as to be expected. 3.5/5
