They've killed me with their service (good meaning)! Even after my check-out, I was allowed to take a shower after excursion and provided with some extra food.

This place is great. Centrally located & the staff is really helpful. Spend the extra $ on a suite - you get a great view of the mountains.

Mr David and Mr Kim are very accommodating. They are well spoken, very friendly and will make sure your stay in Sapa to be the most comfortable.

This place is awesome! David and his staff take excellent care and take care of all the details (sandwiches for the train, a room to freshen up even after check-out). Highly recommend !
