Got the three meat platter and it was delicious. The sausage had a great flavor and snap, the ribs had a nice chew and the brisket was extremely fall apart tender.

We ordered the 4 meats+3 sides combo so we could try everything. Fantastic! We also tried the bacon on a stick. It was amazing!
