The open mic night on a Tuesday evening is amazing. Pair this with a huge selection of beers and whiskey makes Time one of the best places to go to in Philadelphia.

Message for management: Your doormen are cheats. Told us at the end of the night we couldn't get our jackets because we lost our tickets UNLES we gave them $50. I'm not kidding. Total crooks.

Nice cozy vibe and good prices on drinks. Live Jazzy music was a real treat. Don't get there too late on nights when they have live music.. seats fill fast!
