Forgot the name of this dish - it made of very thin dough, covered with sour cream, salmon, and red onion and it tasted yummy 🤤

Nice restaurant with good service. I tried soup and burger. Soup was tasty, but didn’t really like meatballs in burger. It seamed to be made from frozen processed meat. So try something different.

Service is extremly slow. Bauern-Rösti below average -.- but Flammkuchen are pretty good :)

die Bar unten ist schlicht, der Saal im 1. Stock noch viel schöner und jeweils sehr ansprechend gedeckt. Essen war sehr gut!
