The Breast Feeding Support Group is wonderful. I recommend it even if you haven't given birth at the hospital. (Tuesdays at 1:30-3)

Parking $7 or it's a short walk for free parking @ the ACC or medical center across the road . Tim Hortons on the 3rd floor.
