This is the absolute worst organized HEB I have ever encountered. Avoid it of you're in a hurry.

Heb is a grocery store! But specifically this one I am impressed with the great variety of specialized food they have like a lot of organic fruits , ginger beer teas etc. Bring your bag!

Good kosher meat and food. Good beer and wine section. Pretty solid produce and deli section. Stupid Austin laws with no bags.
