The best grocer in town. Employee owned and it shows; the service is outstanding and everyone takes pride in their work. My daughter has Celiac and is pleased with the gluten free options available.

Once the sesame chicken was lovely, golden brown, and tasty. Tonight it's drenched in thick brown sludge and barely distinguishable from the alleged Orange chicken.

Be wary in the dairy -- sometimes products are nearing the end of their shelf life with expiration dates not too far out. Overall, a great Hy-Vee that's never too busy. even 5 PM on weeknights.
